Cookie decorating

On Friday we had a last minute quick visit to my friend, Heather and Gigi's friend, Tyler. Heather had plans to leave on Sunday to be with family for the holidays. Gigi wanted to bring Tyler the snowman treat bag she had made for him before they left.

Heather graciously allowed us into her home despite the need to rest and pack. She was also a clever enough mommy to think of something for the kiddos to do so she and I could chat. She baked some cookies just before we arrived and set out icing and sprinkles so Gigi and Tyler could decorate them.

They made a big mess! Especially Gigi who not only made a mess of the table but also of herself! She sure did have fun though. She was very happy to have visited her friend for a while and also that she was able to take home her cookies!

It was a great afternoon.
